  1. awesome mood boards!
any reason in particular why you make them? .. is it as a hobby, art or inspiration for a further project?
I make mood boards when I'm designing, especially when sketching a new collection.. gotta keep visuals handy and music playing.. I love when I'm designing a new collection.. great mood boards!!

  2. Good question! I mostly make them to distinguish one concept from another, i have so many ideas rolling around in my mind and they regularly overlap each other in ways they shouldn't to a point where my designs start to loose their point of view. So this is like a general way for me to please all parts of my psyche, the temptress, the bold, and the romantic.

and i agree, music is a MUST!

  3. Beautiful mood boards. I just made my first one and enjoyed doing it. (Altho now I see something that I'm going to change.) Love the Smith's rosebud salve - I use it all the time!

  5. Congrats on making the IFB list!! I love your mood boards and its amazing how something so fun to do can be so helpful in organizing ones thoughts. my mind runs in a million different directions when it comes to making jewelry, for instance, and it helps to have the visual guidance. Especially when it comes to the supply shopping trips...lol

  6. I found you through IFB, and I love your mood boards! The names/themes are so great. I think Dream Garden is my favorite, but Sun Queen is close. :)
