My brother showed me the EBONY tumblr, a collection of vintage ads, covers, and articles from the magazine, late 1950's through the early 1980's. It's really quite amazing, despite all the turmoil of the civil rights movement, the magazine remained a shining star highlighting some of the most talented and beautiful people of black America.
